1. Exchange Rate Disclaimers

Real-Time Market Rates: Exchange rates shown within the app are derived from live market feeds and are subject to rapid fluctuations.
Indicative Only: Displayed rates are indicative and non-binding. The final applicable rate is determined at the time of transaction at the selected branch.
Branch-Based Variations: Exchange rates may vary from branch to branch due to local market conditions and branch-level management.
Calculator Accuracy: The in-app currency calculator is for estimation purposes only and should not be relied upon for exact transaction values.

Transaction Limits: Transactions are subject to minimum and maximum amounts in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Bank of Tanzania (BoT) and internal policies.
Business Hours: Services are available only during official operating hours of respective branches. These hours may differ by location and public holidays.
Public Holidays: No transactions will be processed on national or bank holidays in the United Republic of Tanzania.

Identification Requirements: All customers must present valid and original identification documents approved under Tanzanian law, such as a National ID (NIDA), Passport, or Driver’s License.
Accurate Information: Users must ensure that all personal and transactional information provided through the app is accurate and complete.
Regulatory Compliance: Users are expected to comply with the Foreign Exchange (Bureau de Change) Regulations, 2019 and other relevant Tanzanian laws.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): All transactions are subject to scrutiny under The Anti-Money Laundering Act, Cap. 423. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) without notice.

Operating License: The Bureau is licensed by the Bank of Tanzania (BoT) to carry out currency exchange operations.
Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting your personal data under the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act (2022). Full details are outlined in our .
Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held responsible for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of the app, including rate errors, downtime, or failed notifications.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be first addressed through our internal dispute mechanism. If unresolved, they may be escalated to the Bank of Tanzania, or pursued through legal channels under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Account Creation: Certain features may require user registration. Users must provide accurate details and are responsible for maintaining account security.
Rate Alerts: Notifications about rate changes are provided for convenience and may not reflect real-time updates at the branch level.
Push Notifications: Users may opt in or out of app notifications related to promotions, rate updates, and operational alerts.
Maintenance & Downtime: We may perform app updates or maintenance that could lead to temporary interruptions. We aim to provide prior notice where feasible.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline any transaction suspected to involve fraudulent activity or violation of Tanzanian laws and regulations.
Rate Reservation: We do not guarantee rate reservations unless explicitly confirmed through official channels or reservation receipts issued by the branch.
Service Modifications: The Bureau retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any app feature or service without prior notice.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, trademarks, and functionalities within the app are the intellectual property of the Bureau. Unauthorized use is prohibited and subject to legal action.
